(edition 111 - 2004 of thoughts & observations on
lawn bowls)
I
have been working with a few people and at a few clubs of late and in
discussion with fellow coaches, it is apparent that not too much is
written as to how we coaches conduct training sessions or perhaps a full
day program.
Here
is a recent sample of what we do in ‘Elbows’ which may be of some
interest to other (bowls) coaches

feel it is most important that the players, and others servicing a
program, have this above agenda provided to them earlier in the week so
that they are all aware of what to participate in and what requirement is
expected from them as contributors.
